DADS (Tony Houston) -
The operational DADS system is working. OTFC is operating.
Hardware problems continue to occur in DADS.

OPUS (Mike Swam) - The calibration pipeline is operating.
Mike is developing the common switch rules system for OTFC. It is expected to be done by mid-June. Testing is going on. Mike will talk with Lisa about interfacing the rules system with the OTFC change system.
Mike submitted requests involving 1500 calibrations. Only 5 failed. The failure may be related to a recent DADS drive problem.
ACTION ITEM: Mike and Joel will investigate further to determine the cause.

Action Item: Lisa is to develop support for the pending datasets table.

STIS (Bernie Shiao, Ed Hopkins, Grace Mitchell, Melissa McGrath)
Action Item: Bernie Shiao will investigate the level of effort required to retrieve the 2700 or so WAVECAL datasets. Lisa will determine the effort required to make the database changes and the ingest process changes for WAVCALs. Since there is no short-term need to change these values, this effort is of low priority.

Testing (Grace Mitchell, Melissa McGrath, Steve Lubow, Steve Slowinski)
Regression testing - Mike has done some testing.
Random testing - Steve Lubow issued several mixed requests of WFPC2 and STIS. The system worked correctly.

NICMOS - Some new calibration tools are available to help with the pedestal correction.
ACTION ITEM: Megan is to investigate whether such tools could be used by OTFC.

ACS - Daryl reported that 78 exposures were processed by OPUS in the ACS/IPT in only 1 hour. This represents about 1 day of ACS data. This test used the new hardware with dual DS20 processors.

Operating status (Steve Lubow) - It is hard to tell whether the system is operating, as we recently found. The Starview welcome screen informs users of planned OTFC downtimes or unplanned downtimes that are likely to last several days. We discussed means of determining DADS and OTFC status by polling various system indicators.
Action Item: Lubow to develop a tool to provide better OTFC status information and to provide that info on the OTFC web page.

Internal Release (Steve Lubow) - The system is working well enough for the internal release. Daryl suggested that we wait a few more days until a new OPUS build occurs. This will be used in the OTFC pipeline. Consequently, we hope to release the system during the week of June 14.
